Calculation of Withdrawable Amount

Withdrawable Amount = Cash Account Balance - Accumulated Subsidies - Total Amount of Unpaid Orders - Frozen Amount - Over-Invoicing Amount

Definition of Terms

Cash Account Balance: The total amount of money that can be used to purchase cloud services resources through online and offline recharge;

Accumulated Subsidies: The total amount of subsidies credited since the account was established due to faults, etc;

Frozen Amount: Reserved funds, such as the total amount of unusable money caused by the purchase of hybrid cloud racks;

Invoiced Amount: The total amount invoiced since the account was established;

Over-Invoicing Amount = Invoiced Amount - Cash Account Debit Amount - Unpaid Order Amount.

Quick Withdrawal

  • Orders recharged through WeChat Pay, Alipay channels support Quick Withdrawals;
  • Supports refund of Alipay recharge within 90 days (calendar days), refund of WeChat recharge within 1 year;
  • Quick withdrawals support a single upper limit of 10,000 Yuan, up to 3 withdrawals within 1 day;
  • The estimated arrival time for Quick Withdrawals is 2 hours, and the actual arrival time is subject to the actual arrival time of the third-party payment channel.

Offline Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal applications for orders recharged via exclusive accounts or offline transfers must be submitted through work orders;
  • Withdrawal applications for funds recharged via Alipay where the recharge date is more than 90 days ago must be submitted through work orders;
  • Withdrawal applications for funds recharged via WeChat Pay where the recharge date is more than 1 year ago (i.e., if the recharge time is 11:00:00 on January 1, 2020, the withdrawal application time shall be after 10:59:59 on January 1, 2021) must be submitted through work orders;
  • Offline withdrawals are expected to arrive within 7-15 working days. The actual arrival time shall be subject to the actual crediting time of third-party payment channels and banks;
  • Work order content:
    1. Recipient information: including the name of the recipient, bank account / Alipay account / WeChat account, the name of the bank where the account is opened and the information of the branch;
    2. Withdrawal amount;
    3. Contact phone number, mobile phone number;
    4. Other related attachments.

Other Rules

  • If the customer is registered as an individual user, has not applied for invoices with an enterprise title, and has not recharged the account using an enterprise account, the withdrawal can be made to the personal bank account associated with the customer’s Alipay/WeChat Pay/personal bank account used for the original payment;
  • If the customer is registered as an enterprise user, has applied for invoices with an enterprise title, or has recharged the account using an enterprise account, the withdrawal can only be made to the enterprise bank account under real-name authentication. If withdrawal to a non-real-name authenticated account is required, the original copies of other supporting materials must be provided (see Attachment 1);
  • If it is necessary to release the over-invoiced amount, the invoice refund rules shall apply: For authenticated special VAT invoices, the customer must provide the red-letter information form, a copy of the invoice, and an explanation of invoice rejection (authenticated version) (see Attachment 2); For unauthenticated special VAT invoices or ordinary VAT invoices, the customer must provide the original invoice and an explanation of invoice rejection (unauthenticated version) (see Attachment 3);
  • For WeChat Pay refund methods, the cumulative refund amount shall not exceed the cumulative payment amount of the WeChat account;
  • ZOSOC reserves the right of final interpretation.
